Q - would not save the earth (does not care). I don't think you can bring other members of the Q Continuum unless you know of a particular one that would be inclined to help and was on TV. (Didn't the other members of Q eventually show up to punish the one that had been tormenting Picard? I don't recall them really being people who cared, though.)
Emporer Palpatine - ditto
Replicators - ditto (although I think were some "friendly replicators" -- they might help but they didn't seem to have a great deal of power)
In fact, these 3 are more likely to be one of the reasons the earth is in danger. It's "characters" not "powers". Q has the power to do seemingly anything but it's not in his character to save the earth. And Emporer Palpatine is still Lord of the Sith. He would care for us about as much as he cared for wookies.
Superman - would save the earth if at all possible, but if it involves a large amount of killing, I'm not so sure. Also, he might simply be unable to stop something like 28 Days Later.
Rambo - just wants to be left alone but if the world is in danger, that puts Rambo in danger and if Rambo is in danger, he'll have to fight.
Conan - see Rambo. The biggest worry with Conan is that if aliens come to destroy the earth, he might just sneak onto the alien ship. He will eventually kill their leader out of spite but possibly not before the earth is destroyed. It's a chance I'm willing to take. (Rambo might do this too.)
Optimus Prime - he's always nice to humans. Like Superman, I think he'd puss out if saving the earth involved killing a whole lot of people but he's my technical/science adviser.
Similar story for Dr. Manhattan. He's practically Q, but he already demonstrated that when times get tough, he'd rather just move to another planet and let us kill each other.
Too late since you didnt specify.
And technically the replicators can be reprogrammed if you know how (See Stargate Atlantis episode)
If you have played the StarWars Roleplaying game, you know that Emperor Palpatines power comes from sapping the lifeforce of large masses of other humans, so I think he might put a small effort into saving 6 billion potential new victims
[should not have shot the dolphin]
