Well explain to me then why you are certain any of the guys you picked are willing to help you save the world?
If saving the world involves killing anything, Superman will not help, which makes Iceman's job completely irrelevant. Jetfire may not want to be part of any team that doesn't include optimus prime, Apache Chief may be too busy teaching little kids about being brave to join, and Kirk might be stuck in the delta quadrant without a known way of returning to earth. So there you go all just as valid reasons for your team not to want to help you as "not worth my time."
