They are running my numbers on monday to see if I can qualify... even if I end up at 5% I'm still ahead of where I wanted to be.
Also, my fixed rate home line went from 7% to 3%.
I'll probably end up with about $500 - $600 more dollars in my pocket every month. SWEET! Kid #3 needs diapers!
