I liked the ending for the most part. It left us with just as many questions as answers. It is almost like an alternate religion. The events that took place require no more of a "leap of faith" than any other religion.
I was happy to see my least favorite characters Laura and Tory die, as well as seeing my favorite character Gauis step up to the plate at the end. He was always conflicted and morally gray throughout the series and I'm glad the writers decided to answer the questions about what type of person he really was.
Vanraw does make a good point about Kara disappearing being a cop out, I would have liked to have seen something more memorable than vanishing. Also can somebody explain to me what exactly the Gauis and Six visions were? At first I thought Gauis and Six were prophets and God was talking to them through the visions, but it confused me at the end when the visions were strolling around modern times. Were they angels too or was their appearance at the end just the medium they used to slap the viewers in the face with a lesson in ethics?
