It's on the IA forums. Not sure you'll have time to vote, since I try to let discussions on new players run for at least 24 hours, usually longer if the names are potentially well known.
At this point, though, it doesn't look like 2 votes will swing anything anyway. Well, depending on how the PvP vote is going.
