Yeah I think that site is basically selling IT monitoring software so you know if employees go to "thepurge.net" if it's a gaming website, porn website, or whatever, with the company selling the software being responsible for putting it into a category (likely based on an algorithm that looks for keywords or other content).
Sounds like maybe you have a website that has been categorized incorrectly? You'd probably have to take it up with the company that wrote whatever software that has you pegged incorrectly.
