Its odd to listen to all these analyst talk about retail investers sitting on the sidelines, as a cause for the low volume. I think its bull shit. The institutions are all waiting for the pull back. That's the only thing that makes sense. Everyone is afraid to be caught owning when a pull back happens.
The only goodness pending now is something shocking out of euro. Or, some real positive jobs data which we really won't see (if at all) until the first week of September. Housing is showing some positives, but not earth shattering. Earnings season is over.
So wtf is next?
I think with the absence of positive news, the rule of (what goes up must come down) applies. I'm buying SRTY 40.53. which is a version of tza.
