Don't worry, by the time you get really into the characters they will only have 2 or 3 POV chapters in a book while shitty characters like Brienne get 8.
A Feast For Crows is the low point of the series, with tons of minor POVs and little of the big names... Very Jordanish. If the show makes it that long I will be very curious to see how it is dealt with, but fortunately it looks like this season they are willing to diverge from the book more and more..
