I hired a contractor to do the kitchen because I'm on a time crunch to get it done and I don't want to mess it up. The thing that intimidates me the most is the electrical work. I had actually asked for a bid on the kitchen, removing the acoustic ceiling, and both bathrooms. I could have had both bathrooms done as well but I decided to put those off until my next vacation and do those myself.
